Each four pound loaf can yield between 14-16 bars depending on how it is cut. I can cut it for you if you choose, but if you do not specify that you would like the loaf cut, you will receive it uncut.
The method of soap-making I use is called hot process. The soap is made in a large slow cooker, which takes a few hours. After the soap is made it is ready to use immediately after it has cured for 24 hours and cut. This is quite different from cold process, since cold process soap has a 6-8 week curing period. The soap may also be softer than you are used to (if you normally order cold processed soap) once you receive it. If you prefer your bars to be harder, all you need to do is cut them (if not already cut) and leave them out to dry for a few days.

Coconut Oil
Palm Oil
Almond Oil
Avocado Oil
Shea Butter
Distilled Water
Sodium Hydroxide (lye)
Color, mica or oxide pigment (I will choose an appropriate color for the fragrance you chose, but if you would like your loaf uncolored, please let me know)
Fragrance of your choice
If you desire particular oils to be used in the making of the soap (for example: cocoa butter, castor oil, etc.), please feel free to message me and ask first. I will let you know if I have the particular oil(s) you want on hand.
Please note that every single loaf is handmade upon order, nothing is pre-stocked, in order to ensure the freshest possible product for my customers. My turnaround time can vary between 1-3 weeks, so please e-mail me if you'd like to know my current turnaround time. I am very responsive by email! :) Once shipped, your loaf will arrive between 2-3 days as I always ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
